We had a wonderful time at this hotel while exploring the nearby Santa Cruz County Wall of Honor. The pool was a hit with my son, and the breakfast options were fantastic, including fresh fruit and chilaquiles. Parking right by the entrance was a plus for our large family.
In my wife’s opinion, the air conditioning didn't work well, making the room a bit uncomfortable. A simple improvement could be better maintenance of the room amenities for families with kids.

The room was spacious and clean with a fridge and coffee maker, which made our stay super convenient. We loved unwinding by the pool and enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelettes! The only thing was some slightly worn carpets in the halls, but it didn't take away from our overall good experience, so I’d recommend it for families looking for a fun getaway. 🌞

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, especially those homemade jams! I also loved how the staff were super friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. And those spacious bathrooms? Perfect for getting ready without the hustle!
The hotel had a bit of a run-down vibe outside, with dark hallways and tired carpets. Plus, I had to swat away a few pesky mosquitoes at the entrance!

The room had a clean and modern feel. Spacious with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The shower had fantastic water pressure, and the towels were fluffy. Breakfast stood out—the hot buffet was impressive with an omelette station, fresh fruit, and various options. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Parking was ample, and the location is just a short drive from the border. The only downside was the strong smell of smoke in the lobby and room, even though the hotel is marketed as smoke-free. There were a few maintenance issues, like an unresponsive TV remote, but overall, it didn't detract much from my stay. I’d recommend this place for the breakfast and friendly service.
